ALL RETURNS, CREDITS AND EXCHANGES REQUIRE PRIOR AUTHORIZATION.

- All Returns must contain the unused portion of the product. Empty bottles will not be accepted without prior approval.
- Any shipment returned for credit or exchange must be returned within 30 days of receipt of your order by traceable means, freight pre-paid. Customer assumes the responsibility for return postage on all returned orders. If exchanging for another product, additional shipping charges may apply.
- All shipping charges are non-refundable.
- A 20% restocking fee may be applied to unauthorized returns and authorized returns received 30 or more days after receiving your Return Authorization Number.
Please allow 2-4 weeks for returns to be processed.
